First I give clear direction/ information to team members for their responsibilities and then let them do their jobs first. Once I find out their mistakes with regular check-ups or think they are in trouble, I get involved in leading and managing the team for technical/ design solution. In other words, I let them be responsible for their jobs with their own management and learn their mistakes by themselves for improvement.

I think a mental focus is important to deal with stress. I tend to focus more on the work no to think about other distractions. A physical health is important too. It affects a mental one. I do regular exercise with X, X,and X.
